They are very hospitalary
We took my 3yr old son to the ER here covered in blood, from his head to his shoes, he had hit his head and got a small gash and the staff acted like there was nothing wrong. There was no sense of urgency or anything. This is not the first time this has happened to us here. We ended up walking out and taking him to west Texas family medical clinic and received care immediately. If I had a choice in an emergency situation I would not go to covenant hospital in plainview. NO STARS
