Answer questions about costs, from your website, when someone sends you a message via contact. Also, be upfront as to costs for care. I realize it is hard to say on some things but not routine procedures unless there are complications.
I have been sitting g to get registered for 40 minutes with only two people in front of me and still waiting. They could care less about my time. The ladies here need to learn some customer service and smile and greet people once in awhile.

My wife spent almost 12hr’s in the er yesterday waiting for transport. When Hobbs ambulance crew arrived they stated that they had just had been notified. She went to the er for help but ,only received it after getting VERY upset.

It's amazing how unorganized the staff is. Just to register for a sonogram appointment is taking more than an hour. So my question is, what good does it make to have a specific appointment time? To call and confirm appointment, information and everything else they need if they don't do anything before hand? We should be respectful of each other's time. It's so frustrating to even want to wait to be seen in here.
Worst experience ever. As a dr you shouldn't deny services or give the runaround and make excuses.
