Very disappointed in the insurance verification department here. Went once and was correctly billed my $100 copay. Tried to go again a few months later with the same insurance and they wanted to bill to deductible. No one I tried to explain my policy to there seemed to care. Extremely disappointing. Megan even argued with me about my insurance and hung up on me!! I have worked in diagnostic imaging verification and authorization for 10 years. Do not use this place! They will not help you with anything! They will lie to cover their own inadequacies! They will turn you away if you do not have your co-pay!
We have been there several times now, and we never have had to wait for long.
For me.was a very bad experience in the woman group. Hopefully dont go there again for No reason.
