I used to disagree with the idea of letting Seniors to leave their home into the facilities due to my family background and cultural differences until i worked at Buffalo Grace Manor, I have worked in different home care companies and assisted living in Lethbridge but,If i had not moved to another City,I would work here forever! Many of the complaints in this thread are a year old when the facility was having problems. Since then new management has addressed the complaints here. My wife was admitted to Buffalo Grace Manor two months ago and the food, staff and facility has been nothing but top notch.
