I'm ashamed by how long it has taken me to write this review on the one hand, but given the length of time it's taken me to write it I am even more confident in its accuracy. I ditto the commenter, James C, who said, "I honestly can’t say enough good things about the nurses, caregivers, support workers, and staff at Buffalo Grace Manor." I honestly can’t say enough good things about the nurses, caregivers, support workers, and staff at Buffalo Grace Manor. They have been absolutely amazing with my aunt, and our family is so grateful for the care, kindness, patience, and dignity they show her every single day. You can tell this is not just a job to them — they truly care about the people living there. Every time we visit, the staff are friendly, compassionate, and willing to help in any way they can. My Mom and Dad are here and the staff are so awesome and caring. I appreciate all that they do for them. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do!!!!!!!

All nurses of Buffalo Grace Manor are passionate about providing outstanding residence care, their work load is large but, still providing dynamic and complex needs for all residents. These nurses are very special people, doing things most people hate to do. They love what they do, working day and night, working days off, working even on vocation, that’s because they care. Being too short staffed is got to be difficult to focus on upskilling and improvements. My hat goes off to all ! Thanks George
