Worst company. They cheap out and your stuff arrives late. If it ever arrives… only 4 of the 32 reviews are positive. 28 reviews are negative because of how incompetent this company is.
I don’t know how the military is still in business with them. I have nothing left, my family pictures, my clothes. Nothing. They have actively stole all my things. And they making it seems like they tracking it. Not true
Professional personnel. Not the best on reassembling couches. Was missing bolts and wires were not ran properly.
The warehouse staff were friendly and very helpful to help with our request to repack our household goods.
