The alarm on our lift pump activated and I called several companies to see what was going on. I got lots of different answers, including a proposal to install a new pump and pit for $22K!!! (The proposal was just a lump sum total. When I asked to have it broken out for each line item I was told, "we don't do that." Rick drove all the way from Indianapolis to provide his expert services first thing in the morning. He ran all necessary tests and was very thorough in both his work and explanation. He was quick to identify the problem and fixed it shortly after with no issue. On top of that, he was mindful of my home, cleaning as he performed his work. Additionally, he is a very nice person. I can’t recommend enough.
I want to give appreciation to the exceptional service I have received each time I've had a problem. Leslie, in the office is always above and beyond helpful; she is personable and so very efficient. She is a pleasure to work with. Also, my service technicions, Rick and Trey are highly skilled, efficient and take the time to give me excellent infomation about what trouble shooting I can do if something goes wrong. Thanks to all three!
We unfortunately had issues over July 4th weekend. Rick was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything over the phone. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and came prepared with everything he needed to get us fixed up! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Rick!!!
