I want to give appreciation to the exceptional service I have received each time I've had a problem. Leslie, in the office is always above and beyond helpful; she is personable and so very efficient. She is a pleasure to work with. Also, my service technicions, Rick and Trey are highly skilled, efficient and take the time to give me excellent infomation about what trouble shooting I can do if something goes wrong. Thanks to all three!
We unfortunately had issues over July 4th weekend. Rick was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything over the phone. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and came prepared with everything he needed to get us fixed up! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Rick!!! We had issues with our grinder pump, with sewage water leaking into our basement, and Jordan with Covalen came out the same day. He and Rick were super helpful, explaining what was going on, giving us various options for repair or replacement. I highly recommend them and appreciate their honesty, communication and knowledge.
We have had these folks out several times over the past 10 years to help us limp along until we finally had to have our grinder pump completely replaced and they have been fabulous throughout the entire process. Never trying to upsell. Helping us get the most out of the original pump. Always here quickly. I can't recommend them more.
Rick did an outstanding job troubleshooting and repairing my grinder. He's the best!!
