Our grinder pump alerted us with an alarm! Not happy to investigate the alarm only to find out that our grinder pump was out. We called E/One who put us directly in touch with Rick using our zip code. Rick was quick, responsive and wanted to help us! I had a grinder pump that wasn’t working correctly and needed help. Rick came out and fixed everything I needed to get back up and running quickly and made sure everything checked out before he left. He was thorough, extremely nice and answered every question I had to extend the life and maintain my pit. I would contact Covalen again in a heartbeat any time my pump acts up.
