Best WIne Bar – My wife and I would like to consider ourselves wine bar 'know it alls', when really all that matters is if what you konw is what you like, and we have grown to LOVE Cova. We have a locker in their quaint little place and that gives us more excuses to visit as much as we would like. Cova has become and always will be our "Cheers". What more could a girl want? – Great wine, great food, What more could a girl want! This truly a unique concept that should be experienced.
Ballbuster! – This is the only place I have been able to find the Tait Ballbuster wine. Its my favorite and so inexpensive for the value! Its only 17.99 and is worth well over 30.00....You have got to try this wine!!!!
WINETASTIC! – The wine selection here is outstanding. I have not had a bad wine yet and the staff can always help you find just the perfect bottle whether its a favorite or if your being adventurous to try something new. The prices are reasonable and they even offer tastes of wines if you want to experiement to find something you like. It is cozy, quaint and lovely!
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I am from out of town and was taken to Cova for a business dinner. It was more than delightable. The wine selction is outstanding, the food amazing and the service more than welcoming. Please Bring Cova to New York!!! There is nothing like it and the people are starving for this world class experience that wont break your wallet!
Nothing Better!!! – I live in the neigborhood right behind Cova and find myself at Cova every other night. The only bad thing I can say is dont move into the neigborhood unless you want a second home! Cova is awesome and couldnt ask for a better neighborhood gem.
Great Neigborhood wine bar – With all the wine bars popping up everywhere, the wine market is being saturated with crapola. However, Cova does it right. Whether you want to go to the more socialite kirby location or my favorite layed back hot spot on Washington, I assure you will find the best wine, the best food, the best & mosty friendly staff and the best people watching. What great wine! – I went to Cova for my second time and I LOVED it the first time and I REALLY LOVED it the second time!!!! The lady who wrote this last review must be crazy because not only is the wine the best selection and value in town, but the food and service are outstanding. I have only been to Cova twice now, but am already treated like a regular. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and most of all very accomodating. You should ABSOLUTLY try Cova and I promise you will go back time and time again.
Great Wine-Bad Food – This was my second visit to Cova. The first time I sampled their pizza and it was good enough to make me want to give it another try. We ordered four dishes: 1) a salad of olives, tomatoes, and feta 2) duck leg with a glaze 3) Gnocchi with lamb, arugula, and chestnuts 4) petite osso bucco with sage polenta.
