I highly recommend Courtyard's Hair Design and Spa. The owner, Angie, is a hair color specialist who is very professional. I've been a customer of hers for a number of years and could not imagine going anywhere else. The offerings at this salon include skincare, permanent make up, pedicures manicures, waxing ,etc.
