Who puts light fixtures that require $12 lightbulbs in a low income apt?... these guys do. (They go out fast too.)..... Other than that, it's ok. I suggest changing the light fixtures to save money.

Good Morning Monica , After 3 months of residency, the tenant is responsible to change their own light bulbs. If you call the office, we will come out and change the light bulbs, it is a little bit more expensive though. Hope this information helps :) Have a great day!
