Be careful about getting security deposit back. We cleaned apt perfectly but they said it took them 4 hours to clean (up to their standards) The only thing was the carpet needed to be replaced. I believe they are greedy bad people. Beware about financial and maintenance work with them.
I cant believe this complex does not have efficient care for there residents. Putting a bandage is not going to fix the internal problems that keep occurring. I would not reccomend anyone to seek residency here.
This is the worst treatment of tenants I have ever seen.. I have more than one family member who have lived here ....lies ..deception. And threats and a lot of screw you and your needs is what the tenants get ...what complex has no after hours maintenance ...we are currently trying to get the city aware of this mis managed and poorly kept place ...
fuck this place! today our apartment has flooded with sewage for the 6th time in the past 3 & a half years we have lived here. when we contacted the after hours number we were told that we have to wait until monday because the maintenance crew is off on the weekends. how are we supposed to live in our apartment til monday with no working bathroom? we also have a young child! never move here, it's only been a nightmare. they don't give a shit about any of your issues...they will get to you when it's convenient!

If you are going to leave a review,, try being truthful.. Maintenance was out twice over the weekend.. We can fix problems on our end, but we can't fix people that don't use common sense... when pipes get filled with tampons and baby wipes, it is tenant caused, not faulty pipes.
I like living here. I love the pool , it's very convenient because freeways are close , stores, and food places.2 playgrounds andi a club house. The grounds stay pretty clean. And there are laundry rooms. So yes very convenient.
Been here over a year, everyone is nice in the office and if theres ever a problem staff takes care of it :)
Not happy about there not being any restrictions on the basketball court and playground. People being allowed to play basketball at 12:30-1am while people are trying to sleep is Pretty rude, inconsiderate of other tenants and disrespectful. Another thing I DO NOT like is the walls being so thin. I hear everything from my upstairs neighbors, yes I mean EVERYTHING. Quite irritating.

Hello Melinda, If you have any problems after hours you are encouraged to notify Security IMMEDIATELY. Basketball and Playground area are available for use everyday of the week 9am-9pm.
Apartment next door filthy my daughter lived there this year they had to spray all apts next to them cuz the management let the roaches multiply before they did anything about it all they did was put a sign on the door saying dont enter for 24 hours .. smh all management does is sit in office on facebook lmao ...
