Was on hold for over 30 mins tonight I finally hang up and call back he answers writhing 2 rings told him I was the person he left on hold for over 30 mins. The guy stated he had to go upstairs for 25 mins he has a bridal party and a guy who can not get into his room and sounded annoyed at the fact that I said ok I’m just curious on why to leave someone on hold that long he goes to say I didn’t even know you were still there... umm so you wanted me to hang up?? Safe,quiet,clean and i mean clean! The linens are always crisp and wonderful. The Paul Mitchell bathroom products are great!
Clean rooms, super friendly staff & family friendly!
