I recently stayed at the Courtyard Tulsa Downtown location for a business trip and, maybe it’s just me but, the place had a very creepy vibe. My coworker and I arrived on a Monday evening straight from Tulsa International Airport (TUL) and were met with a Courtyard employee who assisted us with moving our luggages from the Lyft vehicle onto a bellhop cart. Really great experience! I have to give 5 stars because the front desk crew & the people at the bar go above and beyond
Dirty, stained sofa, flattened and stained pull out bed, broken toilet, dated, peeling wallpaper, old televisions with burned screens…we had a very poor four day stay for which we were awarded not a single point for the trouble. They REFUSED. We weren’t moved to a different room until the toilet started spraying water from the top. When we did move to a different room, we moved everything ourselves including the huge rolling bed they sent to replace the unusable pull out sofa bed. A complete disappointment.
Very old building. Renovations being done. Lobby is on the 2nd floor for check in. Valet parking available. My king room had a weird smell, chemical type of smell prob from bed sheets. The floor wasnt vacuumed, their was food crumbs on the desk next to the TV. The view from the room is ugly. The side of a building & construction. It also has bars on it which make it even more uglier. Bed was comfy but the sheets have a strong chemical smell, prob from being cleaned really well but for anyone with sensitive skin, not ideal.
