We've stayed here several times. Rooms are great (modern) and beds are comfy. The people are so friendly. I just wish breakfast was not so expensive for mediocre food.
Room was ready late, pool was nasty, charged more than they said and won't tell us why, oh and that breakfast you offer on your site real good I'm sure if was real.
The fat lady in the front desk was rude to me and my family. And wanted us out because she was scared of our puppy. Our puppy was small compared to all the big dogs coming in and she had the nerve to tell me if we were leaving yet. I'm never coming back to a most disrespectful place again and no they are not pet friendly as the supposedly claim.
This hotel claims to be pet friendly. The manager says to me 10 lbs are the only ones welcome but she will let my 32lbs pup stay. As I'm there she keeps saying that my puppy is scaring her customers and I'm like my puppy is 5 months old and she has not left my room how is it that your customers are getting scared and complaints are being made since my puppy has not left my room.
