I got in on Saturday at noon I went to the pool area there was kids just destroying everything around running and elderly elderly people almost wiped out on the hallway cuz the kids had the floor all wet. Even at 11 p.m. kids were still running through the highways it was bad.
Checked in and was given a uncleaned room. The staff was very apologetic nice and sorry that it happened. They cleaned another room in a relatively urgent manner and brought me the keys and apologized again. If the first room was clean a better I would have given a better rating.
Someone please tell the cleaning crew to use some other solution to mop the lobby floors with. Whatever they're using now has a very unpleasant odor.
We had a great stay! Vivian and Brenda made our stay wonderful with their friendly attitude and going above and beyond to make it a special get a way.
The people here are very helpful and very sweet. Clean rooms and all around nice place to stay. My husband and I have stayed twice and plan on coming back!
Bed linens were worn out, bathroom was in disrepair, the whole lobby had an oder, beds were not comfortable. Won't stay again.
Great place nice and clean....I have never had a bad experience at a Marriott yet...but the cleaning lady did come in my room at 8am woke me and my wife.....thinkig the room was empty...but was very apologetic!!!
Anthony is the best ever!!! Thank you for making our night a whole lot better!!! You went above and beyond for us!!!
My family and I stay at this location every time we are passing thru Texarkana. My very first visit, I was treated so well by Michelle, at the front desk,that I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when in town. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well kept and the staff is always friendly.
