I really loved it great service clean hotel and a clean pool I would like to come back net year
I booked my room from Priceline and paid in full even before I checked in. And on the day of check out noticed that the hotel charged my credit card that they said supposedly for deposit. Informed them and they say will fix it. The next day I got another charge to my credit card for almost the same amount (so there are 2 pending charges by now). So I called the manager (Oscar) and was told he will look into it and call me back - nothing happen! 2 days later, 1 of the pending charges went through and now they have charged me!... read more
My husband got injured in the Hotel premises we told them about it ,not asking for anything and all we got is the manager will call you . And that courtesy call never happened .

A fabulous stay with genuinely nice people. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was also very comfortable.
Me gusta quedarme porque dan muy buen servicio lo único que me incomoda es que no hay canales en la televisión en español y eso me hace aburrido está en el cuarto pero disfruto en la alberca del gimnasio todo bien gracias
Beautiful scenery and clean set-up.Staffs were tactful.
Nice place .. Priced a little high .. No bathrooms in the pool area kind of a bummer .. Free wifi but slow connection unless you pay more .. Although they are smart tvs all options are removed .. They don't offer any movies or channels to rent movies. Besides what they didn't have staff was nice
