After 3 months since we moved to here I can say that we are very happy with our place 💕 had some troubles at the beginning but they cared and fixed every single thing! The location is fantastic!
We took 2 bed + study room for rent. Everything looked good. Loved the big windows in each room and downtown location. Day 1, the dishwasher was dirty and was not draining. We raised a request. Week 1, there was very foul smell in corridor. We figured out there was a trash chute next to our apartment. We were not told about it and had not known. Came to see apt, they sent me wrong code, i got trapped between building and woman I talked to from this company couldn’t help, because they don’t even know this building, they work remotely. Spent 30 mins walking around building not able to find apartment that I was planning to tour. CRAZY
We moved in less than a month ago, and I’m still struggling to adjust to this apartment. There are some positives, but there are also MANY negatives. The unit we were assigned is very, very old, and it’s clear that it has received very little maintenance. It’s a shame because, even though it’s old, it could be kept in decent condition and clean. I wish I could give 0… Very bad move in experience. Move In date delayed that was informed at the very last moment. After moved in found multiple issue which the team was very slow to address. No team member available to address this. Issues like wooden floor broken , fireplace broken , vent not clean
