We moved in less than a month ago, and I’m still struggling to adjust to this apartment. There are some positives, but there are also MANY negatives. The unit we were assigned is very, very old, and it’s clear that it has received very little maintenance. It’s a shame because, even though it’s old, it could be kept in decent condition and clean. I wish I could give 0… Very bad move in experience. Move In date delayed that was informed at the very last moment. After moved in found multiple issue which the team was very slow to address. No team member available to address this. Issues like wooden floor broken , fireplace broken , vent not clean
1) Multiple car break-ins have occurred in the secured garage, including the theft of my roommate's $2,000+ bike, cut with professional tools despite a top-tier lock. 2) Homeless individuals frequently enter the property, leaving behind drug paraphernalia and trash. 3) A major water leak on the fifth floor damaged multiple apartments, including mine.
