One of our favorite spots in the Keys! Friendly staff and comfy beds!
Wow...just wow. New hotel directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Marathon. Beautiful pool, rooms with a terrific view, Starbucks on property, bistro with offerings for every meal. But most importantly -- the staff is superb. The AC adapter for my laptop broke and Greg went home and loaned me his personal adapter. Where can you find service like that...anywhere? Front desk personnel, housekeeping -- everyone was friendly and helpful. I'll go back.
This was such a great hotel! It was clean and very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge, Kim, made us feel like we were at home. We're coming back here for sure!
We had a few unfortunate issues however we were there for only one night. Had we been there longer I am sure things would have been better.
When I tell you I hate staying at hotels, I hate it. I get so grossed out by other people's filth. This place, I never felt this way. From the moment we walked in, until we left, I simply enjoyed every moment. Check in was a breeze and was asked if we prefer a view with the sunset or sunrise, the pool area is so relaxing and fun with live music daily (and even some evening shows), water sports, and a bar (with food) by the pool, it's like a carribean resort in America.
