The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and modern. They are an energy-efficient hotel so there are a few nuances with that. But overall would definitely stay here again. The pool was small and crowded but it's peak season so.... The shuttle driver Kim was amazing! He's the kind of guy you want to keep as a friend and visit next time you come to the Keys.
