The view is amazing but the pool and amenities don’t look like in the picture they’re shown. Customer service was good(male manager and staff in the morning)and bad(female manager)depending on the person. Their check in time is 4:00pm but when I checked in it’s around 4:45pm but they said the room not ready. The lady was so rude and gave me attitude even the manager was passing and talked to me without respect. They didn’t even say sorry for the room not available. Beautiful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. It’s a halfway mark to the local areas and also one hour away from Key West ! ❤️👏 The staff is friendly , courteous , always there to accommodate your needs . Spectacular pool designed to look out over the ocean ! Thank you for a wonderful vacation .
Absolutely top notch resort here in Marathon Fl!!!! Just absolute perfection! The staff has bent over backwards to make sure my and my husbands stay here was amazing!! They literally went above and beyond to make sure our room was as allergy friendly as possible and guess what? Not one single issue for me! So thank you guys very very bottom of my heart for making the end of our Keys vacation amazing! Hope to see you guys next year!!

Wow. So impressed. Everything is amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the lack of any breakfast. They don’t even have coffee. There is a cafe but it’s way over priced. Most places have some sort of breakfast. But still would stay here again. Amazing �
100% of the staff were accommodating, friendly and had awesome energy with so many smiles. Kim, the shuttle driver was so helpful. If you need a taxi driver for going out past 10pm, ask for Logan (local taxi company). He is super chill, professional and knows the area well. Hotel was beautiful, smelled lovely and all very clean.
