Let me start by saying that the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is very friendly. They greet you, they smile at you. And that's a joy. The included breakfast Tuesdays through Thursdays included fruit and cereal, as well as yogurts and sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bagels, toast, everything that you could wish for. The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and the food was good in the bistro. @wadeblantonmortgage
Stayed for a week and everything was fine until Friday. Friday - Saturday many children 15+(youth hockey team) running down the halls, stairs, elevator playing tag for hours. Screaming and bumping into my door while I was on a zoom call for work. Yes, children will be loud, but the lack of respect for the other guests staying here was overlooked by the parents of the the children and also hotel staff.

The bar/restaurant was closed, as seems to be the case most of the times I visit Courtyard. The clerk stated that they close it during the holidays because it is slow. Please don't advertise a restaurant that you clearly don't intend on staffing, or at the very least note on the app that it is closed so I can choose a different hotel. After an 18 hour drive, I don't want to hop back in the truck to go get food when I chose a hotel that specifically states there is on site dining.
