Best stay ever!! Matt (front desk) was phenomenal! Excellent customer service. Kelly (bartender) was exceptional as well. This was not a pleasure trip, but these 2 made it feel that way. Food was great and I loved the bar area too. Definitely returning here if we have to go back to UNC Hospital.
Good,better,..best, just the view from window,..oh well , trash can, trash area (ugh!): but,..once make booking with AAA, learned from the North to South and East/West coast ( beaches), you get the ' back' room in bookings
My stay was great! Room was clean and hotel has that new smell. My only complaint would be That there were limited cable channels and it was anolog tv reception. All in all a great place to stay.
We didn't get a chance to use many of the amenities but the room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable and the shower's water pressure was wonderful.
