We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past without issue, but this trip was a different story. Our room was FILTHY. The first thing my 4 year old said when he walked in the room is that it smelled like old people. There wasn’t even a scent of any cleaning products. My wife and son walked around barefoot in the room the first day and their feet were BLACK with dirt. We asked them to clean the floor when we left for food and when we came back, the visible dirt on the floor was gone but our feet still got dirty from walking around ... read more

Came for a wedding. Had a great 2 night stay. Cant complain about a thing!! Highly recommended!! So quiet I never knew if anyone else was even on our floor!! Thank You!!
It was fun. Part of history for me now
The room was beautiful.. close to everything. The bed could be softer... the only issue we had was we were using a gift card to pay for part of the room charge and the person on check in didnt do that right... said it couldnt be done until check out and we needed to put the whole charge on our credit card and they would credit us back in about 7 days for the gift card amount... but thankfully on check out this was corrected and she was very apologetic that it wasnt done correctly on check in.
Courtyard in TC is my first choice and will be my only choice! Never had a bad stay here! Always friendly and super clean!
A great hotel with wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. I love staying here
