What a beautiful hotel. Great customer service. When I tell you the beds are comfortable, they are COMFORTABLE! There are plenty restaurants near by as well. I can't wait to come back and I just left. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
I wanted to say that I need to give a special shout out to this amazing gentleman CADENCE my family checked in last night were they’re on business for a AAU basketball tournament when we got to hotel at 8 PM the room was dirty. And I know working in the hotel industry things always happen. Get overlooked get missed accidents happen. It’s what my 11 year old seen in the used toilet that made me curl up no child at 11 should have to ask her parents what is that. The service from the front desk staff was excellent. The housekeeping staff arrived in a timely manner with extra pillows. The member of the housekeeping staff made up the sofa bed for us after a little bit of trouble with communication as she was not an English speaker. We were expecting a complimentary breakfast, but that was not available. They had a small bistro where they sold items à la carte.
