I reserved a room here but had to cancel due to an emergency. I had purchased trip insurance specifically to cover situations like this, including cancellations. Despite that, I was initially told I would not receive any refund and they kept the full $170+ reservation amount. The bed was rock hard and there's pink mold in the shower.
A newer hotel in the heart of downtown Everett within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Hotel was well maintained but rooms were somewhat small. Onsite parking garage below the hotel for a fee.
We got a corner room overlooking Colby Ave and we could see all the way to the waterfront. Room was clean, everything was great.
