The staff are wonderful, my kids love it and I do too
It's really nice, it's peaceful. The stuff is very friendly, rooms are clean. As a frequent traveler I been in many hotels but this is the peaceful hotel room I've ever been.

We had a very nice room off the pool. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The room service was lacking when services were requested. There was recent construction which left nails and staples all over the courtyard and in the pool area. We said something and it wasn't a big deal to the staff. I noticed rooms were being offered for a cheaper rate after 5 days so I asked for the lower rate but had to much to a smaller room, the first one the air conditioning didn't work so we had to move again.... read more
Wonderful, welcoming staff! I'd only stayed here once before and I was treated as if I had been staying here forever. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed rooms. Will certainly be back.
Perfect location easy to get to. It has a lot of near by restaurants, mall, movie theater 🎭. The chk in process was a smooth one , Krystal has gret personality and excellent customer service. She was very gracious and welcoming me as a Loyal Elite member. Thankss for every. The room was very counfy and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return if in the area
