This hotel will steal your money. They’ll claim that they want to put a “small hold” on your card, then charge the entire amount of the hotel stay as a “deposit”, then charge the stay when you check out and refuse to refund the deposit. Leaving you out double the amount of your reservation. Beware.
Jose at the Courtyard by Marriott was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and a contagious energy that instantly made us feel welcome. He’s incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. New construction and friendly staff but they charge for parking and there’s no complimentary breakfast. The toilet didn’t stop running and the tv kept flashing connected and disconnected from network. It feels like they are trying to be a big city hotel but it’s Pasco, WA so a bit too pretentious for me.
Service is excellent. From the front desk, staff to housekeeping, and food and beverage team - ALL are amazing, very kind, professional, and attentive to their guests.
