Hi Marriott, Why can't I turn the fan on constant anymore in your rooms? Are you that greedy and out of tune to basic human needs? I am a big guy and I overheat when there isn't air movement, so I am getting forced to either freeze by turning it down so low or keeps running, or I sweat all night long under your polyester heat-trapping bedding. Is cotton too expensive? Are your guests not worth the effort? But hey, at least we have all these bespoke advertisements to help us stay cool? What a joke.
We had a fantastic experience. We stayed the night before a flight and the two staff members we interacted with were great and very helpful. Trevor was very helpful the night we checked in and was able to help us and answer all our questions. The next morning, mid-flight to Portland, I realized I forgot my prescription sunglasses in my car. My eyes are incredibly sensitive to light and those sunglasses were a need, not a want, especially going to Hawaii.
