Our stay at the Courtyard was great, but the highlight was definitely Izzy at the front desk! From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had pizza delivered to the hotel so it would be waiting when we arrived, and before we even thought to ask, Izzy said, "Oh, you're going to need plates and napkins!" Megan Reeler consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. I’ve personally worked with Megan for our wedding night accommodations, relied on her when I needed a room on short notice, and confidently referred friends, and family. The hotel is nice and new, with modern rooms and a great view of the river. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well, there were other guests' hair in the shower. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The big downside is that breakfast is not included and that was not clear, otherwise we would've chosen a different hotel. There is not even free coffee and tea/ hot water in the lobby. I have never seen this before. They really want you to buy their Starbucks products at the Bistro.
