Somebody attended me excellent yesterday because I arrived early and gave me my room keys. I had the most worse experience today early morning, thank you Julissa, the worst woman host of the hotel that worked today 27th of October 6:30 am. She tried to explain that I didn’t have breakfast because I paid to another company but was her voice tone rude and unprofessional. I requested slow down her voice, she responded with attitude.
