Very nice lobby area but room is rather ordinary. Stayed at this particular property today to use the pool and hot tub. I confirmed there was a pool and hot tub when I made the reservation this afternoon but when I was preparing to go down to the pool and hot tub I discovered it was closed without a good explanation. Very disappointing.
I had a Wonderful time there the Staff as soon as We got in the room the Phone rang and the front Desk ask was everything Okay and we said yes I would luv to come again
I stay there every time I'm in Kingston. I've never had any issues and will stay again. Clean rooms, friendly people, great location, what's not to like
When in town for a funeral we were really lucky to have chosen this hotel. Very, very, clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are modern and very beautiful and you can hear the horn of the train going by. Lots of shopping and restaurants near so it's very convenient.. Will most definitely be back
