Fridge did not work and silverfish crawling across desk. Front desk and bistro very friendly and accommodating.
The staff is great. They are friendly, and go out of their way if you need something. When I first came up to Kingston Four weeks ago, I didn't know my way around. So, I was explaining my situation to John, your clerk at the front desk. I told him, i would be coming up on a regular basis because my wife Havie is staying at the North East rehab center recovering from a stroke. He understand everything, and showed me on the electronic board where eat an so on. Great job Bob Rosenstein....
Everything was very enjoyable. Staff was very good. But the trains that pass through the night might make it a bit hard to get a good night sleep.
Kirsten was very nice and helpful. Refreshing for an employee who really cares about the guest.
