We were booked to stay at this hotel for two nights when we were flying in for the World Cup. Unfortunately Delta had to cancel our flight in and it was an absolute travel disaster. We couldn’t arrive the first night, so when we called to ask for a cancellation fee waiver for that first night, they refused and did not make the exception for us, even as Marriott Bonvoy members. It was simply disappointing as we had to book a hotel in our first location and was an added layer of stress and travel woes. Disappointing.

Rounding up from 3.7. Very good, bed was really good! Rooms are quite large, but in need of renovation. The bathroom needs a refresh as the caulking at the floor/baseboard joints and around the tub is dirty, peeling, that kind of thing. None of the rooms have walk in showers and they only have two “accessible rooms.” Parking is in a garage behind the path station entrance; pass by the hotel front door, drive around the building and park either in a few hotel-designated spaces there or up a level or two.
