Great experience. Good customer service at check in, a mini pantry to buy snacks from in the lobby. There’s a little bistro bar that keeps limited hours. Comfortable bed, clean aesthetic, lots of charging ports, a good makeup mirror, adjustable tilting TV, thermostat that actually works to control the temperature in your room and a very convenient location close to Grandscape and the World Springs Spa!
Doors get stuck. Shower has stains. Cramped rooms. Tv remote so crappy you have to be real close to the tv to change. Water gets lukewarm not even hot Paper thin walls
Courtyard, to ne was always supposed to be the professionals hotel, so I don't expect luxury as much as I do convenience and professional, clean rooms, with professional employees. I was sorely disappointed in this Courtyard. Don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly but mostly inept. And there were a lot of little things that added up to the poor rating I provided. Good place. Very nice reception area. Coffee bistro is above average. Room ac not the best.
Overall, the hotel is in great shape and most of the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, sleeping was difficult. We had loud neighbors until after 3 a.m., curtains that wouldn’t fully close (letting in bright exterior lights), and a loud beeping from the ice maker on our last night. Multiple attempts to reach the front desk overnight were unsuccessful, and when I reported it in the morning, there was no acknowledgment or apology. A fine hotel, but the lack of rest and response was frustrating.
