Trash hotel. Beware hidden fees and zero service. Had to stay 3 nights because it was zero refund. I’ve always felt good about Marriott, but the service here was atrocious. The big, dark-haired woman at the desk is rude and she knows it. Cannot get trash, the 64oz single trash can, emptied from the room. Can’t get linens, can’t get towels. Run from this place.
Clean, friendly, and quiet. Very nice stay.
Room was not clean, even though it had obviously had a turndown service. Filthy tub and dirty stained towels. With extra fees for parking and breakfast, there are plenty other options in Amarillo. Might consider looking elsewhere.
