We stayed here on a road trip from Austin to Colorado. Our room was a suite which we booked so that my husband and I could chat and watch tv after our kid went to bed. The rooms were very clean with absolutely no problems that I could point to—and I’m very discerning and sensitive to things like sounds, smells, dirtiness, temperatures, etc. I appreciated that the bedroom was quiet and very dark, allowing us to sleep in. Great stay especially if traveling and on the road. Very clean and would stay again!.
The service was great for the most part, I had one staff member give treat me poorly, she was probably having a bad day. The pillows are soft and cozy but go flat within minutes, if I come back I'll bring my own pillow. They have a nice little conference room that I was able to book for a meeting that was clean and ready to go as planned. The facilities are kept nice. If you can coach your front desk team to be professional and kind you will earn more favorable reviews in my opinion.
