Second time i have stayed here. Gave them the benefit of a doubt the first time because location is convenient. I am platinum elite and my preferences are upper floor, but both times they put me on first floor. I asked and they said no other rooms but parking lot is empty. Same dirty windows and windowsill and mold in the corners of the shower. I gave them 2 chances but won't give them a third.
TV did not work. HDMi cable unplugged. I pulled out the TV and plugged in. Bathroom had a lot of water damage. Terrible pillows. They give you a parking pass which you have to put in the window. Internet is not standard Marriott. They tell you not to enter your room number because it does not work.
