Probably one of the best Marriott properties I've stayed at this year (over 40 nights this year already) Combination of friendly and helpful staff, to the location and the whole vibe of the place. Seems like management here is doing it the right way. I'll definitely stay again, when I must be in the Birmingham area for work or personal travel again. The location is great for all sorts of activities including shopping, sightseeing and food options all around.
POOL CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE! Very disappointed . Was told there is no set date when it will be back open
This was my family’s second stay. Staff overall friendly. My concern with this stay was the tub in the bathroom . It seems it was not cleaned! Since it was just for a night we made work. Glad to own shower shoes.
Don’t visit here. I called ahead of time and they told us it wouldn’t be a problem to check in early and made a note of it. Once my wife drove 4 hours and got there they said they couldn’t do it and they shouldn’t have said that. Poor management, poor service, and a rude attitude. Stay elsewhere.
