No room service and no jacuzzi, was told we could go next door to their sister property and use theirs... went over there to use the jacuzzi and guess what??? Yup, it wasn't working properly... but the people are really nice, my room was nice and clean, so for that I gave 3 stars!!!!
Everything was great. Very nice people. Rooms were clean and fresh. The grounds were pretty. Nice places to sit outside. My husband having surgery at the hospital across the street early the next day so it was important for us to get to sleep early. It was very quiet. We will certainly come back again.
Traveling for basketball has its own ups and downs; however, we had a very pleasant experience this weekend. Benny is the best! He was working the front desk when we arrived close to midnight. Though we were tired and a little grumpy, he was kind, courteous, and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience this weekend!!!
Very friendly service and I would definitely stay at this place again! It felt like being at home! #WV...�
