I exclusively use Marriott for business and vacation for it's value, nice rooms and customer service. The customer service I received at this Marriott was by far the best I have every experienced. One staff in particular, Steve at the front desk, made my stay special and ensured that Marriott is my personal hotel! I hope Steve is recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Disappointed in the customer service. My profile states to not put me by elevators. Room was directly across the elevators. Called front desk and said they couldn't do anything. Mind you this was about 4 pm. Air conditioning unit was noisy and would wake me.
Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast, big spacious clean rooms. Laundry available was added perk.

The room is nice and the staff is great. It is convenient to where we want to go and offers a closeness to Centennial Park which I didn't know about. The only downside is that they don't offer the free breakfast.
