We were treated very nice. When we arrive the young man at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We reserved two rooms and they were on the opposite end of the floor we were on. I wasnt happy about that and he managed to get our rooms by each other. I'm sorry I did not get his name.
This location is an embarrassment to the Marriott Brand! I checked into a room that was flooded from this ac unit and smelled of mold. I reported the situation to front desk and was moved. Only to find out that reportedly "cleaned" the room and rented it to another customer. When I objected, I found a check out the had added $250 environmental fee to my bill. My family only stayed one night as we were meeting half way for the kids to spend the summer with grandma and papa. This hotel bay far had the friendliest staff we have dealt with. We have stayed several places during our travels. I have never ran into a staff as helpful or as friendly to my children as they all were. Thank you very much
