Comfortable & staff was helpful
My husband stayed at Courtyard Bakersfield for a business trip. Unfortunately, it was also his birthday, and I felt awful that I wouldn't be able to be with him. I still wanted to make sure he felt special and loved, so I called the hotel to ask if I could have a birthday beer waiting for him when he checked in. The staff was more than eager to help. Great place to stay! The rooms are nice. We appreciated the staff who were very kind and willing to offer our entire family (4 rooms) a discounted rate for bereavement. The property is also nice and quiet with a convenient location to the freeway as well as restaurants.
The staff at the Courtyard Marriott Bakersfield went above and beyond to help me surprise my parents with a special breakfast for their Anniversary! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A 5-star recommendation for sure!
