What a beautiful property! Staff was friendly! Room was clean and well furnished! Our kids loved the pool area and onsite restaurant! Thanks for a wonderful night's sleep!

Very nice hotel. Had a bit of an issue before even checking in, my 8 year old walked into the very sharp edge of a bar type thing in the main lobby, sending us to the emergency room for stitches. I know this is an accident, but something with sharp edges in a common area might want to be looked at.

Easter Brunch was disorgnized mess.... waited 45 min to get sat for our 1230 reservation (had to complain numerous times to even get sat) get inside saw there all kinds empty tables (there were 2 table that stayed open whole time we ate)... go to our table it covered in previous people dishes, had to seat our selves after waiting for the employee to act conffused for 5 min, then food was cold and disorgnized, nothing was labled, finally finish and waited 30 min for our check (almost walked out with out paying, our waitress f... read more

Hotel was nice accept no hot water in the morning to take a shower. Also coffee shop was close at 3:00 pm what's up with that?

We appreciate your feedback, Patrick. Due to the icy weather we received, our boiler was temporarily frozen, causing lukewarm water temperatures; this has since been resolved. Our cafe hours are 6:00am-11:00am Monday-Thursday & 6:00am-1:00pm Friday-Sunday. Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again.
