Great space nice parking garage walking distance to local shops
Here for the FPS State competition to support our granddaughter. Lots of grade and middle school kids around and you’d never know it because the rooms are so quiet. The kids were very well behaved also.
Front desk very welcoming and helpful with our needs very clean rooms and hotel is too walking distance to ISU wonderful experience will definitely be back

I was double charged when I checked in. The manager on duty told me not to worry and eventually the charge will drop off. Meanwhile I have the cost of a room being held against my account. When I checked out another manager told me she would look into it and call me the next day. I've never heard from anyone. Last night I sent a message via Facebook and there has been no reply. Horrible customer service. Highly recommend the Hyatt across the street from this location.

The staff wasn’t so friendly, I’m a trans she saw my ID and called me sir In front of a few people. Moving on . The room wasn’t so clean, there was leftover food in the Refrigerator! Like omg you had one job! Not to mention the adult drinks smh EXPENSIVE! One little cop of a mix drink would set you back 14$ per cup. Was smaller than my iPhone smh and the amount of liquor .
