The only request is to have a pillow option because the pillows needed to be softer than the ones I had

I love it here. After the fire crisis in Tennessee it made me really relax.
Super clean comfy room on the 3rd floor and it was so nice to have a private and securr little balcony with a slider door so we could leave it open while we slept and enjoy the clean, fresh air instead of a noisy A/C unit running all night. There is also a wonderful heated indoor pool and they don't technically offer room service but the lady at the Bistro brought up our breakfast anyway and we tipped her well. Excellent place to stay overall.
Great hotel and friendly staff. Love the Bistro for breakfast and the computer lounge. Our daughter was with us and was able to finish her homework on the computer and that gave us extra time to go to the Biltmore Estate. We love Courtyard by Marriott hotels!
