The rooms were small but nice, the front desk people were fantastic and friendly, the cafe food was good, the maid service was aweful, tipped the girl and asked for more coffee and didn’t get it !!! Had to ask front desk for everything, last tip those maids got their loss they could have made more$.
This location had the worst customers service of any Marriott hotel I have ever stayed. A manager was not on duty and the ladies at the front desk did not know the property.
The rooms are clean; however, the pool area left much to be desired. The pool is like a frigid sea in an ice box. The pool room is kept at a brisk 72 degrees and the water is teeth chattering cold. If the room were warmer the pool could be refreshing or if the room cold and the water warmer but the cold-cold combo is just too much. We always look forward to swimming when we travel and are sad to be unable to enjoy it in this otherwise lovely hotel.
