If you are considering living here, I STRONGLY suggest you read this. Here's a list of things I've had to deal with in the 9 months I've been here - and I have plenty of photos to back it up. Cons: 1 - I submitted a repair request through their webpage and it took almost two months. I requested updates on the portal numerous times. never a response or update. Unprofessional. I called maybe a day or so prior to ask if I needed to make an appointment for a tour for any of the units they have available. They said I can come in anytime before 5pm. Cool! Came in today. Clearly the girl wasn’t busy, she was just gossiping with her friends/co-workers. I arrived & she looked at me & said “Can you give us a second?” I said sure, I’m waiting outside in the cold for 30mins & my phone was about to die. So I just went home. There has been no hot water in my house for three days.every summer there is a problem with hot water. Terrible laundry! Machines constantly break down, dirty
Dirty apartment and very bad bad management. The manager do nothing
Pros - Management is really nice Cons - No parking. Dirty inconsiderate neighbors. Management doesn't actually do anything when there are problems. They just say "I'm sorry about that" and go back to doing nothing. Update 12/28 - I added a picture. This is what I mean when I say Dirty inconsiderate neighbors. This happens on a regular basis and even more frustrating because the dumpsters aren't even close to full.
