Great place to live! The management team is very efficient and promptly handles maintenance orders. You can tell they really care about their residence. The manager, Julia, is one of the kindest people I have met, and she made the move-out process one of the easiest and smoothest experiences I've ever had.
I had an awesome experience at Courtyard Apartments! The property is nice and clean. Management is responsive. Haven’t had any issues during my stay
Currently waiting to move here. It's taken quite some time but hopefully within the next few weeks. Management is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. The apartments themselves are beautifully remodeled and the pool is gorgeous. So far it seems like a great place to live.
I’ve been a long time tenant here and I can’t praise the manager and her team enough. It used to be so chaotic here before they took over, but my Gosh, they have made such a difference. The grounds are kept clean, new landscape looks beautiful. They enforce the rules so now I can actually relax after work and not deal with noise and chaos. I have renewed my lease and will be referring a friend to them. I highly recommend this place now
Living here is incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The building is always clean and safe, and management is very responsive. working with North Coast United has been one of my Best renting experiences.
