Living here is incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The building is always clean and safe, and management is very responsive. working with North Coast United has been one of my Best renting experiences.
Great place to live! The management team is very efficient and promptly handles maintenance orders. You can tell they really care about their residence. The manager, Julia, is one of the kindest people I have met, and she made the move-out process one of the easiest and smoothest experiences I've ever had.

Genuinely a horrible place to live with horrible living conditions. I’ve lived here two months and have had to make numerous complaints to management about the loud, unsupervised children. I’ve called security many times, most of whom never show up. Children are outside screaming genuinely at the top of their lungs at all hours of the day. Parking is a nightmare, and your neighbors will pound on your doors and scream at you through your windows at night. Management does nothing.
