I absolutely love the new look of this property. I transferred to a remodeled unit and could not be happier. Julia and the maintenance team rocks. I never have to wait long for a response and the grounds are always so clean now. I now get excited to come home from work.
I love my apartment and the community. It’s close to everything, well maintained and it has all the amenities I’ve been looking for. Central air and the nice pool are the cherry on top. I am recommending this place to anyone looking to rent.
The new manager and management company have made such a difference at the property. So many improvements to the apartments and common areas. We will be renewing our lease. The location is also a big plus. Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking to rent.
I’ve been living at this apartment complex for several months now. Recently, North Coast United took over management, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is so well maintained, clean, and feels very safe. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any requests. Julia has been extremely helpful and is always available. I would recommend this complex as a place to call home!
