Julia is genuinely the worst. There’s constant construction early on weekends, the appliances in the laundry room are almost always broken, emergency maintenance is NEVER completed on time. The water has been turned off multiple times on incredibly short notice. Also, screaming from unsupervised children is practically a constant here. And no, Julia will not enforce the parents to abide by the noise rules on the lease. Do not move in here if you respect or love yourself.
This manager is so rude that one time I gave my bike to my friend then he had it for at least for 3 or 4 weeks then one time I try to prank him by saying give my bike back then he hide it behind a fance that was open there was no door so my friend hide it there then it was tommarrow and I told my friend it was a prank then he told me that I hide it so then he show me the place he hide it then it was not there I wanted to ask the manager but the manager was not in the office so I wait for at least 20 minutes then she was goin... read more
If you like your peace and quiet do NOT move here. It’s loud at every hour of the day and night. Nearly every morning for the last week there’s been people working with power tools at 8am sharp, the entire property seems to be under constant construction with constant construction noise being done on site. This manager doesn’t even let us ride bike for 5 minute she locked my bike I can’t ride it anymore she doesn’t give it to me back
The worst place ever. The worst manger. Forget about your deposit no matter what you do the deposit is gone. Avoid this place , non-residents are roaming around this place like it’s a mall.
