David, at the front desk, is one of the most inviting hosts I've met in all my travels. Top level service from check in to check out.
My second time here and this is a fantastic option all around when staying in Amarillo. Conveniently located in the center of downtown, always clean and staff is always friendly.
The rooms were spacious,clean and the beds were comfortable. The food was amazing!
We had a clean and comfortable stay, and the room itself fit our needs well. However, we made our reservation over the phone and specifically asked whether breakfast was included—because that was a deciding factor for us. We were told it was included, and had it not been, we would have chosen a different hotel. When we arrived, we found out that breakfast actually wasn’t included.
