*Updated review with more detail* There are no quality hotels in Amarillo, Texas so it basically is what it is if you need to do an overnight here. We likely should have booked at the Barfield next door-or changed the direction of our traveling route to hit a different city. Very confusing arrival- no clue where to initially park; multiple entrances and parking spots etc. and a garage which you need a code to get into which you have no idea about until after you've checked in which is then too late. I was somewhat surprised to see that one of the longtime kitchen employees, whom I remember as Leah, is no longer there. She was always exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Her presence contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere, and it feels like something is missing without her.
La semana pasada dia sábado llego al hotel pago mi reserva de una habitación luego me dicen que la piscina no funciona pido el reembolso me dicen que no hay problema pague 250$ y solo me devolvieron 20$ hasta la fecha no he podido ver mi dinero completo en mi cuenta me parece una mala jugada la cual pido sea reembolsado ya que es mi dinero y no se lo regale al hotel
This past weekend, me and my family enjoyed a three nights stay in Luxury Sweet rooms. Amarillo. It’s a great place. I love the hospitality. Overall, the trip was amazing but the last day one lady working in the bistro downstairs for breakfast try to ruin it all not only for my family, but other guests they were trying to order breakfast. Left my AirPods case in the room and when I tried calling the hotel to get them back on multiple occasions they didn’t return my call. They said the cleaners didn’t find them and maybe a guest took them but how can they still be at the hotel with battery charged after a month? Find my is a thing and it shows it there. An employee has to have them and they’re not saying anything
