STAY AWAY FROM HERE. We booked just last night. I am a Marriott member and paid extra specifically to include breakfast. The breakfast itself was just okay — but the service was a nightmare. When we went down for breakfast, the bistro staff told us our kids were not included, even though my Marriott.com reservation clearly states that kids are included with the breakfast package I purchased. Under staffed. Poor management. Bistro is a waste of time with no service. Great rooms and location, just plan your meals somewhere else.
The rooms were nice and clean, and the kids loved the pool area. The staff was friendly and responsive when I asked for extra bedding. I wasn’t a fan of the pull-out bed, but it worked well for the kids. We slept great overall.
The room was very clean and neat, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast service. There was no proper breakfast available only a Starbucks with a single staff member responsible for both serving customers and handling the kitchen. This caused a very long wait, even for a simple order. Due to the delay, we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.
Bathroom had hair on the wall, a/c barely worked. Apparently it doesn’t matter what level member you are, they don’t even give you a bottle water. Rooms were below par! Passing through on holiday travel but wouldn’t recommend! Waste of points
