Really bad service
Recommendedhello we stayed in courtyard mariott Manhattan 40th st broadway 2 weeks back Folio number 75110 the money that was blocked on our card is not released yet even after we are back to our home country and the payment is done in full. extremely disappointed with this as we sent an email to Me Emily but we haven't got any response on this. almost usd 2800 is blocked since a month now on our card. It's more than 3 days since I posted this but still there is no response pathetic service pathetic attitude !!!
There are no coffee cups in our room. I went downstairs to the lobby and they want to charge me $6.00 for coffee. We paid $40 for breakfast and that includes 1 cup of coffee only! The wait staff could not have been more rude about this!!! People NEED their coffee in the morning! Times must be tough if you can’t afford to give your patrons coffee!

Muy buen hotel
The room was very big. It could have been cleaner. The furniture was dusty and the refrigerator was missing a part so the door could not hold anything. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway shows and Lincoln Center.
