The type of room I reserved (King bed) was not available when we arrived even though I checked in online the day before. However, the front desk folks were helpful and got us into a room with a king bed the next night while also granting me 15,000 additional points.
A great hotel with a great location, right next to Time Square. You can reach almost everything on foot.
The room was beautiful, modern and well appointed. Smallish as European style hotels tend to be. Well located. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Diana, Melvin, Miguel, and Jarell or Jerome� they are amazing great customer service they are the definition of guest service. Very knowledgeable!! The hotel is in the midst of everything, if you wanna go shopping or sight seeing this is the hotel the only downsize is the room are very small� I'll definitely stay again though.
