Otimo hotel, localização excelente (perto de tudo), principalmente metro e times square! Tem uma espécie de walgreens do lado, nem precisa atravessar a rua. Cômodo amplo e com frigobar (coisa rara em ny). O valor pago agora foi um pouco caro, mas valeu cada centavo, espero voltar e me hospedar novamente neste hotel.
We spent 3 nights here (7-15 through today). We were woken up every night around 12:30 am by the dog in the next room (1102). Then we were woken up again between 5:30 and 6:00 am each morning by the same dog barking. When we'd come back to our room during the day, the dog would be barking. We contacted the front desk by phone and in person 5 times about this. Each time we were told "Security will handle it." And then nothing. Great location, friendly, prompt, approachable staff! Strongly recommend! This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square!
Es perfecto!!! Relación precio calidad. La ubicación hace el acceso a todo!!! La amabilidad de su personal! La limpieza y las instalaciones son excelente! Tener un starbucks dentro del hotel te facilita el desayuno. Cumplieron todos los requisitos pedidos en la reserva!!! Las dos veces que me alojé en ese hotel mi estadía fue perfecta.
