Fantastic experience! Everyone was so attentive, professional and kind.
Staying at this hotel put the icing on the cake for our weekend stay in NYC. The staff were absolutely amazing going above and beyond to help us with recommendations on where to eat, helping us with our luggage, and giving us tips for travel. We had the best service all around at this hotel and not to mention its in the perfect location. I would highly recommend.
