Lived here almost 5 years- secluded, inexpensive, landlord was responsive and maintained the area meticulously. Most importantly, he respected his tenants (didn't treat you like some type of peasant; merely there to fill a corporate banking institutions' coffer). I haven't lived there in quite sometime, but, Bill is a landlord I wish I could have today. If you read this, hope you are doing well.
This is the nicest apartment complex around the area. Maintenance is right there when you need something. The buildings are solid and I rarely hear my neighbors. The area is peaceful and deer and turkeys walk through the complex. So close to a supermarket, CVS, the beach, the casino if that's something you like to do, an arts center, botanic gardens, breweries. Just a short drive and you can reach major highways. Very happy to have found this place.
