Beware 'courts at kensington' is the same as The Courts. Don't ask me why this has better reviews but you should read reviews for the courts before renting here. It's horrible and keeps getting worse. Nothing ever gets fixed. You can rarely get ahold of the office staff, and when you do they are useless or rude or both. Just stay away. Find anywhere else to rent. Don't be lured in by the okay apartment and the affordable price. It's not worth your sanity.
They are very unprofessional. They have had at least 4 community manager changes since I've been here ,mind you that's only 7 monthS.the staff changes everyday. They say they care about thier residents but you can tell they really careless and Their maintenance is horrible.
